You’re ready to increase your leadership ability and be inspired by your career.

You’re ready to increase your leadership ability and be inspired by your career.

I’m ready to create a coaching package to get you there.

You’re incredibly resourceful, which is one of the reasons why you’ve achieved so much in your career. You know when to bring experts into your organization to solve employee or business issues that arise. Many times, it takes an objective, outside perspective to solve the most important issues.

Self-development works the same way. Especially when it comes to issues that have many layers, such as addressing burnout, career dissatisfaction, and leadership confidence — you can only get so far trying to work it out on your own.

Working with an impartial and experienced coach allows you to move past your own filters, biases, and beliefs and gain the clarity and satisfaction you’ve always dreamed of — in both your career and your life.

Here is how I work with my clients:

Coaching for You

Coaching for You

If you aren’t fulfilled in your work, or you are lacking confidence in your leadership skills, it’s hard to hide it for long. Eventually it impacts your team, your results, and all the other areas of your life.

You know that life is short — you don’t want to live feeling out of balance, overwhelmed, or dissatisfied with your career.

I design custom coaching packages targeted for my client’s unique needs. Packages include to one-to-one coaching, plus assessments and action plans.

Coaching for Your Team

Coaching for Your Team

As a forward-thinking leader, you know it’s critical for leaders on your team to be exceptional at leading others and work well together. Their engagement, retention, and productivity depend on it.

Don’t waste another minute worrying about how to elevate team’s leadership skill or get them running smoothly as a team.

I create custom coaching packages for leadership teams, which can include assessments, 360 feedback, and leadership development programs.

Let’s connect about a plan that is right for you or your team!

Unsure of how we can work together? Here are some coaching scenarios that explain my approach.

Jennifer's Story: Stress and Career Uncertainty

Jennifer feels dissatisfied. Because there's a lot of change at work and in her personal life, she’s just not clear what needs to change.

She wonders if she should ride it out at her current job or if that would be settling. Is it too late in her career to make a shift?  Is it her job that’s the issue?  Her stress is heightened, and it’s affecting her health and personal life.

My one-on-one work with Jennifer will help her gain clarity about her values for both work and life. We’ll explore her career journey to identify themes about when she felt true job satisfaction and highly inspired. We’ll uncover internal blocks getting in her way. As a result, she determines what needs to change and I’ll help her with her action plan.

Sarah's Story: Promotion and Leadership Confidence

Sarah was recently promoted to a Vice President role overseeing a global team. She is lacking confidence in her ability, even though she receives praise and support from her leader and gets good feedback from her peers.

Yet, Sarah feels like an impostor. She finds herself hesitating when faced with making decisions, holding back, and not sharing her own ideas openly. She’s waiting to hear what others think before she speaks up.

Working with Sarah, I’ll help her uncover what is causing her lack of confidence by exploring her leadership journey and completing assessments to help her learn about her natural preferences and values. She will identify and adopt thought processes that enable her to stay in a confident and authentic mindset, which also reduces her hesitation. She’ll see her productivity and her team’s engagement rise as a result because her clarity of self will also bring clarity to her team.

Jeanette's Story: Dream Job Feels Overwhelming

Jeanette is a director at a large organization. She enjoys many aspects of her job, but consistently feels a high level of stress and feels pulled in too many directions. She questions whether the job is too much for her, even though she worked hard to get there. She knows the job is aligned with her strengths, but she simply isn’t enjoying it.

“When things change,” Jeannette thinks, “everything will get better.” She thinks when she’s more organized, or when the kids go back to school, or when her current projects are finished, things will seem better. But better never comes.

Through coaching, Jeannette learns about how her own habits and internal talk is working against her. Through gaining self-awareness, she’s able to adopt new strategies to bring a sense of balance and satisfaction into her life and career.
